The existing structure is being reconstructed, built in the 1st construction phase in 2018. The construction works of the first stage were carried out by Veikmės statyba. 

The second phase of the project involves the expansion of the current economic activity - the production of electronic components. The electronic components are intended for the automotive industry. 

This phase also includes the extension of the production and administrative areas (by reconstructing the existing building). The existing access, service and parking areas will be extended.
