CYBER CITY office building complex

Cyber City, a town for the technology community, is being built on the grounds of the centuries-old Sparta sock factory in Naujamiestis, Vilnius.
The planned investment amounts to more than €50 million. One of the main investors and tenants of Cyber City is information technology company Tesonet.
Veikmės Statyba will carry out the general contracting works. Construction work is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2022.

Information about the project:

Around 35,000 sqm of office, co-working and commercial space is planned to be developed in Naujamiestis on an area of almost 2 ha. Innovative recreational spaces have also been designed. The project will consist of four different types of buildings and will preserve the chimney of the former Sparta factory on the current site.

The planned investment amounts to more than EUR 50 million. Construction work is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2022. One of the main investors and tenants of the Cyber City project is information technology company ''Tesonet''.
