The building will be designed and constructed in accordance with the international BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) standard - it will be environmentally friendly, user-friendly, and energy-efficient.

Construction work is scheduled for completion in spring 2021. The business centre will feature modern heating, cooling and ventilation solutions with heat recovery, and will meet modern energy efficiency class requirements. The new business centre "OFFICE 100 by Skraidenis" will provide 3000 sqm for commercial activities.

The centre will be equipped with a leisure area and roof terraces. A spacious 760-space car park with electric vehicle charging stations is planned.
